Senior Human Centered Design Researcher

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Human Centered Design Researcher to join their Innovation Lab in Mounds View, Minnesota. This role involves leading research sprints to understand user needs and inform product design for innovative healthcare solutions. The position requires a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite and 20% travel.

• Lead research sprints using Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies
• Conduct early-stage research like contextual inquiry and interviews
• Translate user insights into actionable product design direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research planning and execution
• Synthesize complex qualitative data into clear, impactful findings
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is strongly preferred
