Director of Design

Lead the design vision and strategy for the next generation of Lingo, Abbott's personalized health platform. This senior leadership role involves building and mentoring a high-performing design team, driving product excellence across mobile and web, and partnering with executive leadership to influence product strategy. You will establish design systems and ensure design is deeply integrated into the product development process.
