UX Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our digital transformation initiative. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, facilitate workshops, and translate business requirements into user journeys, process flows, and wireframes. This role is crucial in ensuring our digital solutions are user-centric and aligned with business objectives.

• Define target audience and success metrics with key stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops
• Analyze data and evaluate heuristics for actionable insights
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Ensure alignment of designs to relevant standards and stakeholder feedback
• 4+ years of experience in a related UX role
