Designer, Creative Lab

Ovative Group is seeking a Designer for its in-house creative engine, Creative Lab. This role blends bold conceptual thinking with exceptional craft and strong AI fluency, using emerging technologies to accelerate ideation and expand design possibilities. You will create world-class creative across digital, social, and experiential touchpoints, contributing to a culture of craft, curiosity, and ambition.

• Design world-class creative across digital, social, and experiential touchpoints
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to explore visual territories and accelerate ideation
• Design and animate paid social and digital assets across major platforms
• Build and work within Figma design systems and templates for scalable production
• Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and exceptional craft in portfolio, including AI-enabled workflows
• 3+ years of experience in design across digital channels
