Bland AI is seeking a Brand Design Engineer to own the visual quality of their marketing efforts, from brand systems to the website. This hybrid role involves both design and technical implementation, using modern AI tools to build and iterate on designs directly within the company's custom codebase.

• Own visual design direction and brand systems for marketing
• Take end-to-end ownership of the marketing website
• Implement designs directly in code using AI development tools
• Develop and evolve the company's visual identity
• Partner with Product Marketing to create compelling visual experiences
• Maintain a high quality bar for marketing design and website experiences
