You will operate at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and emerging technology, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other leaders. Lead end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives from discovery through delivery
Define and communicate long-term product and experience vision
Translate business objectives, customer insights, and technical constraints into innovative product solutions
Create intuitive, elegant, and scalable experiences through systems thinking and user-centered design
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data teams to frame problems and define opportunities
Mentor and coach designers across the organization, helping elevate team capabilities and design maturity
