Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Iberdrola Group, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and trust across Avangrid's leading brands. You will continuously improve our Networks Operations products, ensuring seamless and value-added customer experiences. This role is for a customer-obsessed, data-driven individual who can uncover opportunities for UX improvement and collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems.

• Lead UX activities within agile product development teams
• Execute product design including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Partner with stakeholders to define experience strategies
• Assess and optimize product performance using usability testing and analytics
• Create user journey maps, workflows, and personas
• Advocate for customer needs and ensure design alignment with design systems
