Programs Design Manager

Monster Energy is seeking a Programs Design Manager to lead the development and production of high-visibility marketing collateral, advertising, and brand promotional materials. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create innovative, on-brand designs for packaging, print, and point-of-sale applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

• Manage design projects from concept to delivery
• Produce packaging, print, and point-of-sale solutions
• Interface with internal teams and external vendors
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Develop and maintain a library of brand assets
