Inspire customers to create purpose-filled living spaces by providing expert home design guidance and driving sales. You will conduct consultations, develop design packages, and maintain strong customer relationships using digital tools and your knowledge of home furnishings and current design trends.

• Drive sales and customer engagement through design consultations
• Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and customer presentations
• Conduct in-person, in-home, and virtual design consultations
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Stay updated on brand aesthetics, product information, and industry trends
• Meet individual sales and productivity goals
