• Lead packaging engineering design for innovation projects from concept to manufacture
• Partner with internal and external teams to create engineering solutions
• Generate and refine structural packaging solutions using CAD, simulation, prototyping, and testing
• Support packaging workstream leaders in technical development and data interpretation
• Create and manage CAD data, including detailed component designs and specifications
• Liaise with global suppliers and development partners
