Sr. Designer, Multidisciplinary

GMR Marketing is seeking a multidisciplinary Senior Designer to craft innovative, human-centered experiences across physical, digital, and social platforms. You will be a creative force, stretching the limits of graphics, digital art, motion, and 3D to bring immersive stories to life. This role is for a hands-on, concept-driven designer who thrives on collaboration and meticulous execution from brainstorm to build.

• Shape multi-sensory experiences across digital, physical, and social platforms
• Collaborate with creative directors and technical experts to elevate ideas
• Concept, present, and execute designs from initial sketch to final build
• Deliver high-quality creative across diverse channels including interactive, motion, and social
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design software (Cinema 4D preferred)
• Maintain a high bar for quality and stay curious about emerging trends and tools
