Senior Designer - Hard Home

We are seeking a Senior Designer, Hard Home to lead product development from concept to shelf. You will collaborate with celebrity designers and retail buyers, translating visions into commercially viable home collections across various categories. This customer-facing role requires a strong design point of view, end-to-end product knowledge, and the ability to manage projects independently.

• Own product from trend ideation to final goods
• Design for mass retail and high-profile designer collaborations
• Translate celebrity aesthetics into commercial home collections
• Lead design presentations and line reviews with retail buyers
• Manage sampling, approvals, and production follow-up
• 7+ years Hard Home product design experience
