Mid Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to craft intuitive and scalable digital experiences for web, mobile, and internal platforms. You will transform business needs into user-centered designs, conduct research and usability testing, and contribute to evolving existing digital products. This role offers a hybrid work model in Peru and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Design and evolve digital experiences for web, mobile, and internal platforms
• Translate business needs into clear, intuitive, and scalable solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze findings
• Utilize and evolve Design Systems, creating reusable components
