Senior Brand & Visual Designer

Zühlke is seeking a Senior Brand & Visual Designer to own and evolve our visual brand expression across all communication channels. This hands-on role involves creating compelling visual assets, maintaining brand guidelines, and exploring AI-enabled design workflows to enhance brand consistency and impact. You will collaborate with digital and campaign teams, leveraging performance insights to optimize creative output and simplify our brand ecosystem.

• Develop and evolve visual concepts and assets for diverse communication channels
• Own and maintain visual brand guidelines, templates, and assets
• Collaborate with digital and campaign teams to optimize creative performance
• Explore and implement AI-supported design workflows for scalable self-service
• Strong professional experience in visual, graphic, or brand design
• Excellent visual judgment and hands-on design skills, including presentation design
