Senior UX Designer / Scrum Master - CHEC

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer and Scrum Master to lead the user experience strategy for our Custom Hardware and Electronics Configurator (CHEC) platform. You will design intuitive workflows for complex configuration tasks, establish design standards, and partner with engineers to bring your vision to life. This role also involves facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement within the Dev/Ops team, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI tools daily to enhance research, ideation, and design processes.

• Own end-to-end UX for the CHEC web application
• Design intuitive workflows for complex configuration tasks
• Establish reusable UX patterns and safety-oriented design standards
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate UX research, ideation, and design
• Serve as Scrum Master for the CHEC Dev/Ops team
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement
