Principal Product Designer

Prolaio is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of their innovative healthcare platform. This role involves defining product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating user-centered interfaces for clinicians and patients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned generalist comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in all phases of the design process.

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to production
• Define and drive long-term product vision and design strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, clinical, regulatory, and legal teams
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• 7+ years of product or UX/UI design experience
• Experience designing for regulated industries, preferably medical devices or health IT
