Lead the end-to-end digital product design for our ecommerce experiences across multiple health and wellness brands. You will own the journey from customer discovery to membership conversion, focusing on clear communication of value and driving online sign-ups. This is a hands-on role requiring strong product design, conversion optimization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Own the end-to-end ecommerce journey from discovery to conversion
• Redesign and optimize web experiences to drive membership sign-ups
• Design responsive web pages and reusable components for a multi-brand design system
• Lead design thinking workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Utilize data and research to continuously improve user journeys and conversion rates
• Partner closely with development teams from design through implementation
