Summer 2027 Corporate Center – Client Experience Design Intern

Gain hands-on experience in human-centered design within KeyBank's Design Studio. You will support the creation of client and teammate experience improvements, from research and strategy to design and development. This role offers exposure to the financial sector while developing skills in design thinking, user research, and complex systems mapping.

• Support creation of user flows, journey maps, and service blueprints
• Assist in producing design deliverables using industry-standard tools
• Contribute to visual materials for workshops and presentations
• Participate in user research and competitive analysis
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations
• Engage in all phases of the human-centered design process
