Altra: Senior Designer, Color and Graphic Designer

Altra is seeking a Senior Designer to develop seasonal color palettes, graphics, and prints for footwear. This role collaborates with product, merchandising, and development teams to translate creative vision into commercially viable products, managing color and graphic execution from concept to production.

• Develop seasonal color palettes, graphics, prints, and concepts
• Translate brand's creative vision onto physical product
• Collect and translate trend information into footwear designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design realization
• Create and deliver presentations of design proposals
• Produce accurate color drawings and detailed tech packs
