(1552) Senior UX/UI - Product Designer

Nortal is seeking a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join their remote LATAM team. This role involves generating concepts, designing digital experiences across web and mobile, and contributing to the evolution of the design system. You will collaborate with developers, present to leadership, and mentor junior designers.

• Develop and deliver designs from initial concepts to pixel-perfect final designs
• Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions
• Champion mobile-first, user-centered design principles
• Contribute to and help evolve a best-in-class design system
• Present design concepts and articulate design rationale to stakeholders
• Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation
