Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

Circle is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of their Discover marketplace. You will identify opportunities, set design direction, and create AI-driven discovery experiences that connect creators and consumers. This role requires deep experience in consumer marketplace products and a strong understanding of how to build trust in a two-sided market.

• Own Discover's design end-to-end, identifying opportunities and setting direction
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences that build trust and feel human
• Serve both sides of the market, understanding marketplace dynamics
• Prototype at speed using AI-assisted tools
• Mentor and elevate design craft standards
• 5+ years of product design experience with shipped 0→1 work
