Posh is seeking a Staff Product Designer to own a product domain and shape the future of their platform for building IRL communities. This high-leverage individual contributor role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to define strategy and bring exceptional products to life.

• Own an entire product domain, including strategy and evolution
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities and influence the roadmap
• Lead zero-to-one product initiatives from concept to launch
• Operate as a product leader, understanding users, business, and technology
• Maintain exceptional craft in interaction, systems, and visual design
