Lead AI-enabled service transformations and design end-to-end customer journeys
Shape AI-augmented customer service using GenAI, chatbots, and intelligent workflows
Utilize AI for research, prototyping, and creating service blueprints and design systems
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and influence decision-making
Lead multi-disciplinary teams using Agile and product-led delivery approaches
