Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Backbase, you will be instrumental in elevating our UX design practices and ensuring our continued market leadership. You'll act as a UX expert within customer-facing squads, driving high-quality user experiences and contributing to customer success projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead full lifecycle project delivery, refine design methodologies, and mentor junior designers.

• Lead UX design within customer-facing squads and contribute to customer success
• Ensure quality and consistency of UX design, including Design System reuse
• Collaborate with Product and Front-end teams and educate non-designers on UX best practices
• Manage and coach junior UX designers
• 5-8 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or User Research
• 2-5 years of experience in the Financial services industry, specifically Digital Banking
