Join Inter's UX Core as a Design Specialist, focusing on AI, digital support, and account opening experiences. You will drive experience quality, define design guidelines, and lead complex initiatives to evolve the SuperApp's digital offerings. This role requires connecting strategy, business, technology, and user experience to influence organizational decisions and ensure consistency across critical journeys.
What we are looking for
6- Lead strategic Design initiatives within UX Core
- Define guidelines and best practices for product consistency
- Design complex experiences, including conversational AI
- Develop agentic flows and define AI agent behavior
- Act as a technical reference for AI tools in Design
- Partner with Product, Technology, Data, and Business teams
