Principal, Motion Design

DEPT® is seeking a Principal Motion Designer to lead the visual identity and animation for client brands. This role involves conceptualizing and executing 2D animation, UI motion, and motion graphics, bridging creative vision with business impact. You will define guidelines, set quality standards, and pioneer new techniques for marketing, product, and internal communications.

• Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality motion graphics and UI motion
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and mood boards
• Ensure animated content is on-brand and meets technical specifications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative solutions
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines
• Stay current with industry trends and tools to improve efficiency
