Director of Brand & Product Design

Human Agency is seeking a Director of Brand & Product Design to lead comprehensive design initiatives for clients navigating AI's impact on their products and brands. This role requires a blend of brand identity development, design systems architecture, and product design expertise, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI in design workflows. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, adaptable individual who can own the full design arc from concept to implementation.

• Lead brand identity and visual direction from concept to delivery
• Build design systems from the ground up, ensuring usability and AI compatibility
• Own end-to-end web and product design, including IA, interaction patterns, and specs
• Actively use AI tools to enhance design workflows and share learnings
• Present and defend design decisions to client stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with engineers, strategists, and AI practitioners for seamless handoffs
