Join CBA as a Senior Product Designer to help reimagine our internal CommSee platform, impacting over 30,000 colleagues. You will lead end-to-end design within a cross-functional squad, simplifying complex workflows and enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions and emerging technologies like AI.
What we are looking for
6- Lead end-to-end product design in a complex environment
- Partner with product and engineering to frame problems and define outcomes
- Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to uncover insights
- Translate insights into design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experiment with AI-enabled tools to accelerate the design process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build alignment and momentum
