Senior Designer & Illustrator (Future Opportunity)

ICF is seeking a Senior Designer & Illustrator to develop original visual approaches for campaigns, brands, and experiences. This role involves creating illustration systems and assets, contributing to concept development, and partnering with cross-functional teams to shape ideas. The position requires a strong understanding of design principles, illustration techniques, and the ability to balance craft with strategic objectives.

• Develop original visual approaches for campaigns, brands, and experiences
• Create illustration systems and assets across digital, social, content, and brand environments
• Contribute to concept development from the beginning of the creative process
• Build compositions and visual systems that balance clarity, emotion, and craft
• Partner closely with writers, strategists, designers, and art directors
• Maintain a high level of craft across multiple projects and timelines
