Senior Manager, Design & Visual Communications

Lead the creation of executive-level visual communications that support the company's strategic priorities. This role partners with senior leaders to transform complex business and scientific concepts into compelling visual narratives for internal and external initiatives. You will also serve as a steward of the company's visual assets, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

• Design executive presentations for CEO, Board of Directors, and Investor Relations
• Translate complex scientific, financial, and strategic information into visual stories
• Create original graphic design solutions, illustrations, and infographics
• Manage enterprise visual assets and ensure brand consistency
• Collaborate directly with senior executives and cross-functional leaders
• Leverage AI-assisted creative workflows
