As a User Experience Strategist, you will lead research and design initiatives to improve experiences for families, staff, and partners across our healthcare system. You will uncover opportunities for innovation and ensure our efforts address the right problems by synthesizing data and insights to develop effective solutions.

• Create journey maps, service maps, and playbooks
