Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
Drive all phases of the user research process
Create user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
Establish and maintain a repository of user research data
Collaborate with Practice Solutions Managers and Data & Analytics teams
Support user adoption of AI products and solutions
