About this role

Lead the visual brand at ClickUp by owning and evolving the brand design system. You will set the aesthetic standard, ensure brand cohesion across all touchpoints, and build an infrastructure that empowers AI tools and non-designers to create high-quality, on-brand creatives autonomously.

What we are looking for

Own and evolve the brand design system
Serve as quality gatekeeper for AI-generated and external creative
Build design system documentation and automation tools
Design high-volume web assets and brand moments
Rebuild the brand design system from foundational elements
8+ years of brand/visual design experience with design system leadership
