Lead and grow a team of senior designers and design engineers at HP's AI innovation lab, HP IQ. Drive the creative direction for AI-powered software experiences, foster a design-led culture, and champion craft and user advocacy. You will stay close to the work, shaping team culture and integrating AI-native design workflows.

• Lead, hire, and grow a team of senior product designers and design engineers
• Define and evolve the creative direction for software design across HP's product lines
• Build intentional team culture, critique practices, and creative rituals
• Drive the design point of view and ensure experience quality is a first-class priority
• Partner with engineering, AI/ML, and product leadership
• Guide the team's adoption of AI-native design workflows
