Senior Product Designer, Onboarding & Activation

Clio is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance the onboarding and activation experience for new legal professionals. This role focuses on the critical first 120 days, designing flows and guidance to ensure sustained customer usage and value realization across all Clio products. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve customer success and retention.

• Own end-to-end design of the 120-day customer onboarding and activation journey
• Design in-product guidance, checklists, and discovery features
• Partner with Product to define and drive activation milestones
• Design internal tooling for onboarding and migration teams
• 5+ years of product design experience, SaaS or B2B preferred
• Experience designing onboarding, activation, or early lifecycle experiences
