Capability Experience Designer (UX) Technology

As a Capability Experience Designer, you will shape the future of how FIS engineers work and grow by designing the tools, systems, and experiences that enable them to adopt new technologies like Agentic AI and modern infrastructure. You will embed solutions directly into the engineer's daily workflow, from their IDE to their on-call rotations, ensuring seamless adoption and skill development in a human + digital workforce.

• Design end-to-end engineer experiences for Agentic AI adoption
• Map and improve the Engineering Service Delivery lifecycle
• Create workflow-embedded enablement for Platform Engineering, SRE, and Cloud
• Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences for engineers
• Conduct user research with engineers to drive rapid, iterative improvements
• Partner with engineering leadership and technical teams to ground solutions in delivery context
