Agentic Experience Designer

Safelite is seeking an Agentic Experience Designer to shape how customers, clients, and colleagues interact with intelligent AI systems. You will design end-to-end experiences, define interaction models for AI agents, and ensure trust and control within these systems. This role involves optimizing AI-enabled experiences through data analysis and continuous improvement, reporting to the Director of Product Design.

• Design end-to-end agentic experiences for AI systems
• Define interaction models for intent interpretation and response
• Establish clear agency, control, and trust in AI interactions
• Create reusable patterns for conversational and multimodal experiences
• Utilize AI tools for interaction analysis and experience optimization
• Partner with product and engineering on AI-enabled product development
