Staff Product Designer, Design Systems

As a Staff Product Designer on the Design Systems team, you will architect and evolve Etsy's design system, Collage, ensuring quality and consistency across web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will define component architecture, refine lifecycles, and drive adoption through collaboration and exceptional craft, making the system the easiest path for product teams.

• Architect component anatomy, API, and composition models across multiple platforms
• Refine component lifecycle from proposal to deprecation
• Make the system operable at scale through programmatic tooling and documentation
• Drive adoption through hands-on partnership and by setting a high quality bar
• Partner deeply with engineering to ensure implementable and performant design decisions
• Showcase portfolio of design systems work at scale with reasoning and structure
