Senior Manager, User Experience (UX) Design

Lead the design of intuitive and engaging digital experiences for advisors, clients, and prospects at Ameriprise. You will partner with cross-functional teams to transform user needs into impactful web and mobile solutions, champion human-centered design, and drive UX research initiatives. This role involves influencing experience strategy, mentoring designers, and advancing innovation within the organization.

• Lead UX design efforts including wireframes and mock-ups
• Partner with Agile teams, business leaders, and technology stakeholders
• Champion human-centered design and drive UX research
• Influence experience strategy and provide mentorship
• Conduct UX research and present findings
