Senior User Researcher

Level Infinite, Tencent's global gaming brand, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead user experience research initiatives for their invested game studios in North America and Europe. This role will ensure player insights are integrated into game design and development to drive player satisfaction and business growth.

• Lead UX research studies to evaluate player behavior and preferences
• Collaborate with invested studios to identify research needs and provide strategic guidance
• Partner with teams in Shenzhen to align research objectives with business goals
• Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations
• Conduct research accounting for cultural differences and regional player preferences
• Share knowledge of UX best practices and foster team collaboration
