Experience Designer Lead

As an Experience Designer Lead at PNC, you will transform complex tasks into intuitive and accessible designs throughout the entire customer experience lifecycle. You will lead research to uncover customer needs, set design direction and strategy, and mentor junior staff. This role is crucial in shaping the usability and delight of new and existing products.

• Lead discovery of customer and business needs through research

• Execute visual, information, interaction, and service design
• Communicate designs through user journeys, storyboards, and prototypes
