Senior Experience Designer

Thoughtworks is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join their multidisciplinary teams in Singapore. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital products and services, applying user research, service design, and product design expertise. This role involves facilitating workshops, developing design strategies, and mentoring junior designers.

• Design and deliver technology projects transforming client operations
• Collaborate on journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes, and design systems
• Facilitate workshops and develop unique product design strategies
• Apply research methods like contextual analysis, interviews, and user testing
• Mentor less-experienced designers and advocate for experience design
• Showcase expertise in digital products, web, mobile, and enterprise SaaS
