Senior UX Designer

Shape the future of airline operations by designing intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex workflows. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and airline customers to transform user needs into impactful digital solutions across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. This role also involves contributing to AI-powered user experiences and leveraging AI within the development lifecycle.

• Design intuitive user experiences for complex airline operational workflows
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation activities
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes
• Partner with cross-functional teams and airline customers
• Design AI-assisted experiences to improve decision-making and efficiency
• Contribute to Amadeus Design Systems and accessibility standards
