About this role

Lead Citi's in-house creative agency in video art direction, managing the execution of animated and live-action content for digital and OOH campaigns. You will guide a team of motion artists, videographers, and editors, collaborating with the Creative Director to enhance creative strategies based on performance data.

What we are looking for

Lead multimedia projects including storyboards, social posts, and OOH ads
Oversee live-action production, talent, budget, and on-set personnel
Collaborate with Creative Director to analyze data and brainstorm strategies
Act as subject matter expert in social platforms and trends
Ensure 100% ADA compliance for deliverables
8+ years of leadership experience in design, motion graphics, and live-action production
