Senior Industrial Designer

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer to join our in-house design team. You will lead the development of new products, focusing on user needs and innovative solutions. This role involves conceptual exploration, design execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring compelling products to market.

• Lead new product development from concept to pre-production
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis
• Create compelling design solutions through sketching, rendering, and CAD
• Mentor junior designers and lead design reviews
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams
• Minimum 7 years of professional product design experience
