About this role

Gallup is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead mobile design strategy for their strengths and engagement products. You will translate complex business needs into intuitive mobile interfaces for iOS and Android, partnering with product and engineering teams. This role requires advanced systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft to deliver high-quality mobile experiences and measure their business impact.

What we are looking for

Lead end-to-end mobile design solutions for iOS and Android
Ensure designs align with system logic, data integrity, and platform architecture
Partner with product managers, engineers, and content strategists
Develop and track metrics to quantify design impact on user engagement
Contribute to the evolution of Gallup's design system
Provide guidance and feedback to other designers
