Fullstack UX/UI Researchers/Designer - Applied & Agentic AI Systems

Roche is seeking a Senior Fullstack UX/UI Researcher & Designer to join their Applied AI function. This role focuses on merging user research and UI design to solve challenges presented by non-deterministic AI outputs, transforming machine learning data into intuitive human experiences. You will be instrumental in building user trust and bridging the gap between AI power and user value.

• Conduct user research and usability testing for AI-driven systems
• Design conversational, responsive, and human-like AI interfaces
• Create dynamic interfaces for unpredictable data and real-time LLM streams
• Develop innovative visualizations for complex AI model outputs
• Ensure accessibility and seamless user experience across platforms
• Own end-to-end journey from ideation to prototype and testing
