Senior Motion Designer

Harvey is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to shape the visual motion across brand, product storytelling, and web experiences. This role will define and scale motion systems, translating complex AI product ideas into clear and engaging visual narratives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality motion assets for various creative surfaces.

• Define motion design language for brand, product, and marketing
• Create motion concepts, storyboards, and final assets
• Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Product Design
• Develop reusable motion systems and production workflows
• Simplify complex AI concepts visually
• Demonstrate strong storytelling and animation craft
