Director, UX Design

As Director of UX, you will lead and develop a team of UX professionals while remaining actively engaged in hands-on design work. This player-coach role involves shaping UX strategy, mentoring designers, and collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams to solve complex customer problems. You will also play a key role in advancing Gartner's AI capabilities by fostering an AI-focused UX culture and promoting responsible experimentation.

• Lead and develop a team of UX professionals in a player-coach capacity
• Define and execute UX strategy across Gartner's products and digital platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer needs into effective experiences
• Advance AI-focused UX culture and promote responsible AI design principles
