Justworks is looking for a Senior Product Designer to enhance their Benefits experience, focusing on providing peace of mind to users. This role involves leading design across the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging systems thinking to solve complex design challenges.

• Lead design for the Benefits experience from discovery to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
• Develop and refine user journeys and workflows
• Contribute to and leverage the internal design system
• Guide and support less experienced designers
